Ausable Valley home inspection

Found a really nice home in Roscommon, so I asked Josh to inspect it. It was the best investment I could have ever made! There were many things "DIY repaired", probably all with good intentions, that all needed to be redone before too much deterioration had occurred, so he saved me about $20,000 in one day! I must highly recommend Josh if you want the best chance at getting financing approved on a home.

Josh and his team had a lot to tackle with our 13 commercial acres. We were nervous going into our new business venture knowing a lot could go wrong with three large buildings on such a large footprint. We were given our commercial inspection report and Josh went through every detail with us. We felt confident in knowing what we were purchasing and knew exactly what we were getting into. I can’t say enough good things about his professionalism and how thorough he was on his report.

Josh was very thorough, brought to my attention what I had missed. I would recommend him for your home inspection. If I’m ever in the need for a home inspection will use him again.

I was selling my mobile home . He was hired by a Potential buyer. He left my well open damaged my skirting. Will not respond back after he said he would fix it. I wouldn't have him do a inspection at my home again. I plan on taking him to court.
