Higgins Lake Landscaping

My organization has worked with Higgins Lake Landscaping for many years. When we opened in 2014, we requested bids from local landscapers, they offered us the best price, and we have always been highly satisfied with their services. They mow our lawn every Monday in the summer and shovel and salt our parking lot and sidewalks in the winter. When we have concerns they are always attentive, available by a quick phone call to talk, and make adjustments accordingly. I would highly recommend HLL to anyone interested in landscaping services.

Purchased a vacation home one year ago. At the time, the lawn looked like a golf course. We hired Higgins Landscaping to mow & fertilize our lawn since we're only here a few months out of the year.. as well as maintain & test the irrigation system. Photos posted show what our lawn looks like now - one year later. Spoke to Blake about 2 months ago when the issue was first discovered. At the time, he took responsibility for fertilizing & subsequently failing to turn on the irrigation system. I told him I would give him the professional courtesy of correcting the issue over time. He told me he would. This week, we visited to find that the problem had only gotten worse. We called three times in the spring and early summer to get work done and then again recently to arrange for fall clean-up. NO return calls, not even to say they were unable to do the work. Guess what we wanted done was not of sufficient scope. Have met and talked to the owners. Nice gentlemen but I won't abide by being ignored. Will secure another company for future services.
