Hail, wind, and fireworks got the best of our roof this summer. After a thorough inspection by Austermiller Roofing and The Cincinnati Insurance Company, the decision was made to replace the roof, gutters & downspouts. The Austermiller inspection was very detailed. Their report was specific to the damage, and they included dozens of pictures. The replacement process was explained in detail, the warranty was covered, questions were answered, and the replacement scheduling was confirmed. Austermiller replaced our roof after hail damage. Allstate resisted the claim but Austermiller went to bat for us and got them to pay for the roof and other damage. They finished the job in one day and totally cleaned up. When I saw a minor issue from inside the attic, they came out and fixed it. I highly recommend them.
