We have a contract on a home and the inspector report showed an issue with the AC not cooling. We were offered a monetary amount but wasn't sure if that would cover the cost of the repair. Randy showed up did an analysis and provided an estimate of the repair. He was out there the same day we called. Wonderful service and appreciate Dave, the owners promptness on helping us out!

Austex was out within 24 hours to fix a primary drain clog on my AC. Albert was on time, very friendly, and even took time to educate me on what to look for in the future. The rate was reasonable too.
