Oh MY GOD! I CANNOT say enough amazing things about my experience with Austin Event Lighting. We worked with them to host the after party for the Human Rights Campaign fundraising gala and from the moment I inquired about the event to strike, the process was wonderful and seamless. I first worked with Chauncey- who was so fantastic in helping me create our concept and design. On the day of the event I met Scott who was so kind and efficient with set up and strike. And finally we have Nicholas, who was our onsite designer for the day and wow was he AMAZING! Every time the lights danced around the space we all felt so immersed in a stunning red wonderland. Austin Event Lighting did an amazing job translating my ~vision~ for my wedding into reality, and then moving that entire vision into a tent with 48 hours notice when the weather changed up on us. The lights for our wedding were unforgettable, their ability to be flexible and adapt on the go was critical, and I should note that the LED's were still on at 10am the next morning, lol.

I just want to say that Austin Event Lighting is the absolute best! I was told by my wedding planner/wedding venue that lasers were likely not a possibility due to smoke regulations, but when I contacted Chauncey at AEL, his team went to the venue itself to run tests and get approval to make my dream a reality. I was able to work with the team beforehand and explain to them my vision and they executed beautifully. The lighting and sound production was out of this world and I cannot recommend them enough.
