Austin's Floor Store

We had Austin Floor Store install our LVP a couple years ago. For cost, we opted to lay over the existing floor rather than tear out, which they assured us was a good option for our project. The Austin Floor store install team did our area in 2 days. Very fast for the almost 1600 square feet! Immediately after install, we can’t recall the issues, however just a few years into what we thought would’ve been a pretty long term floor, we have level issues throughout. Pics don’t do justice to how cheap the floor feels when you step on a bubble. I’m incredibly unhappy with the end result, and frankly can’t decide if it’s the product, the install, or all of the above.

This is our second flooring purchase and install from the Cedar Park location. Destini was our sales/project manager and gave us the product updates on what we chose , Mannington Adura luxury vinyl. Beto and his crew did the prep and installation and they were professional and careful with beaking down and moving our furniture for this process. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend the Cedar Park location for your flooring project.

We had to replace tile throughout the downstairs of our house. We shopped around and tried to piecemeal together different companies and contractors to do the job, but once we compared Austin Floor Store was able to do everything for a little less than all others combined. They also were knowledgeable, accommodating and great to work with along the way. They were able to remove our old tile and install the new floor in one day. We got a quality produce, the service was great, and the installation looks fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and installation expertise.
