I used Austin’s roofing through my home warranty to repair leaks to the roof. The first time they were sent out the leaks reappeared a few months after. The second time they repaired some shingles in that area. The leaks still returned but no one responded to my requests. I wasn’t going to pay another $125 to have them sent out when it wasn’t that long ago. I am preparing to have my roof replaced because the leaks are getting bad. The guy came and said that whoever patched the spot with new shingles never actually stuck them down properly and the nails are exposed and they didn’t fill the old nail holes which was then leading to worse leaks. Very disappointed.

Austin’s did a great job for fixing leaks from my roof. He quickly realized where was a problem and implemented permanent fix to it. Also he did follow up call after another rain to be sure that everything has been fixed and no new issues with roof. My good recommendation for this service company if you are looking prompt and reliable service.
