Absolutely avoid Auth Fuels at all costs as your choice for fuel providers! Their service managers are rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful over the phone and in person. Tried to get oil delivered to my home and the first tech that showed up had no idea how to prime the furnace so I had to wait around even longer for the second tech to come and also not fix the problem. Even gave their local office a call to ask some questions about our situation and the person I spoke to basically just laughed at my concern for the problems we were faced with. Would not recommend, many better options.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! You seriously cannot get any better than this place. I hope they never change. Never. Top notch service, service dept is A+++++. You call with an issue and they’re out in no time. we’ve been using them since we bought our house years ago and had to have them out a handful of times and honestly you just can’t get any better. I recommend them to my family, friends, and clients. There is no better than Auth Fuels. I hope they stay the same forever. Thank you Auth! For always having our backs.

Couldn't be happier !! Had a water heater situation, it wasn't an emergency, but it was approaching there. Contacted Auth regarding our concerns and the response we got from them was stellar !! They came out today (the day after the holiday) and addressed our situation. Can't thank them enough and the immediate attention we got. Thanks to Ed, Tim, Landon, and Miguel. Great job !!! today

I could not give a stronger recommendation in support of Auth Fuels. Our AC went out during a heat wave in August. My wife went through the phone book and called every HVAC specialist she could find, none of whom could be there for at least a week. I called Ed Taft at Auth Fuels at 5pm on a Tuesday and he had one of his service guys out there within 20 minutes who fixed the problem. This story is a testament to the service commitment of this company and what they will do for a client in need. In doing so they earned a customer for life. Very proud to recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can trust and rely on.
