Top Notch Company! We use them at both of our Chick-fil-A locations! Rand and Tracy the technicians are Outstanding! They are quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Nice in person serive, but very difficilt to reach. They moved to St.Andrews Road which is a different location than what is listed. Just picked up my mixer, that I dropped off approximately 4 weeks ago. I have never had to chase down people so much or go to the back door(literally)of a company to get an update on my stuff. No one is never in their front office and no one never answers the phone in their front office. Always deferred to an answering service. I can't believe Kitchen Aid does business with them.
