Speaking with the owner, Celia, was truly a pleasure. She genuinely cares about her employees and has done an incredible job taking over a well-established appliance repair company that has been trusted in the industry for over 45 years. When we tried to schedule an appointment, they were very busy-but that only confirmed how in demand they are. It's clear they stay busy for a reason: excellent service and a strong reputation.

They were assigned to fix my Bosch dishwasher and were unable to. They ordered a component to fix it. They did not call to get the issue resolved and I had to call them. When they finally came, he could not fix the unit. Never gave me a copy of the report. Reported to Bosch that the unit was fixed. The unit IS NOT FIXED. The grill underneath was removed and not replaced. If they cannot fix the unit they need to tell Bosch so I can get a replacement unit. If they do not make this right I will report to the Better Business Bureau. I received no final invoice about the work
