I cannot recommend this locksmith enough! I needed two copies for my 2019 Lincoln MKC, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. He answered every single call and even called me back immediately if he missed one. He was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and even researching the specific details he didn't know offhand, sending me photos for clarification. On his first visit, due to the specialized nature of the keys, he couldn't complete the job right away. Most people would have charged a service fee, but he refused to charge me a dime until the job was done. He gave me expert recommendations on exactly what to buy and even told me I was free to call anyone else if I preferred. Because of his honesty and professionalism, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Alex made an incredible save in replacing a key for my old car. It was an impossible job on my Ford model and he would not stop until he solved the puzzle. I'm incredibly thankful for the great service he provided!

Auto mobile was able to meet all my needs. I locked my keys in my car and Alex was able to come and assist very quickly (during rush hour on a friday). In addition, he was very meticulous and methodical in getting the car open without any damages. My car was imported and didn't use the standard keys but Alex did a wonderful job in getting my car back. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

It’s never fun to find out you realize that you’ve lost or house key or that you have accidentally been locked out! But imagine it’s now your old car FOB key!!! We’ll never fear, call this service and hopefully you’ll get my technician ALEX (who was amazing). It wasn’t a quick and easy job but he handled it with care and he managed my worry with skill and patience saying it might take a little while to get into the car and then get the key code to pair but he was going to get it done!!!
