I love site one and have used them for my business (Ecogreen) for many years. Very knowledgeable and very helpful staff with competitive prices. If they don't have what I need they make sure to order it and have it ready for pick up or delivered to my site

Very poor customer service. Bought a pump being told it would was more than adequate to do the job. It was not. Brought back immediately and told we could exchange it the next day. Went back the next day and told we could not return it because it was used. We did not use this pump other than to run it briefly to test it and knew immediately it was not what was needed. Removed pump, rinsed and placed in box like brand new. Didn't matter - no return allowed. A larger pump was offered at a discount but would not refund for the original pump. Think twice before purchasing from this business.

So bummed I spent my money at the big box store. I stopped in here today to spend just a few bucks on something and they were very friendly and helpful. I really wish I would've had their help from the beginning of the project. Since I cant return my whole system to purchase here instead, I figured I would write a review instead.

What a great place! We recently decided to take on the task of installing our own irrigation system as all of the companies were booked through next spring. They came out and looked at the project, drew up a plan for us and told us everything we needed and where. We bought all the supplies and did the entire project ourselves. It was a large project as it was a business that required a lot of sprinklers and drip lines. The guys at the counter are very friendly and easy to work with. Very accommodating.

Very knowledgeable staff, they had what I needed at a better price than I could find elsewhere.
