We were very grateful that you were able to rearrange the schedule of your oil furnace service man so that he could come over today to repair our oil injector transformer service, since we were getting very cold! The service man was very helkpful and competent, and provided detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do if this happens again. (I tried three times to restart the system and each time was locked out. The service man explained -- in great detail -- why I only should have tried to reset it once. I'll certainly remember next time). Thank you again for your great service!

We've used Automatic Heat Company for about a decade and have always been very pleased with their service. Our ancient heat pump finally needed to be replaced this month, and the process of getting a new one was smooth and surprisingly painless (less expensive than I was expecting).
