Left me without heat for 2 weeks in October after supplying incorrect burner for a boiler I purchased from them. Could get no answer for week and half. Finally spoke to Ted and said it was being shipped overnight due Thursday. Thurs came and no burner, it had not even left the manufacturer shop yet being sent regular shipping. Ended up driving 2 hours to pick it up myself. This used to be a good shop but now seems no one cares and just out to make a buck
