AutoPark at Jefferson

DO NOT PARK HERE. This is by far the WORST parking garage in all of Philadelphia. I have many issues with this garage (safety, accessibility, customer service to name a few). At one point, this garage was doing concrete repairs which led to concrete being spattered ALL over my car. The garage and the PPA refused to take accountability for the damage done to my vehicle. The repairs cost thousands of dollars and the PPA continued to fight me on the issue for months after the incident THEY caused. Additionally, I was informed that the garage was closing in December 2024. This was a shock, as the announcement was buried in an untitled email. The garage help email account confirmed the closure, but were not helpful in switching my parking to another PPA owned garage. I come to find out that the

I had my back surgery here 2 months ago. Dr. Gregory Anderson is aces in my book. He took the extra time that was needed to help me to still be able to walk. And the after care was all I could ask for. Very professional staff.

I would avoid parking here at all costs. The spot we were parked in took 20 minutes to maneuver out of. Despite having paid $28 for the five hours we were there, we were forced to pay an additional $16 due to the extra five minutes it took getting out. Attendant was incredibly rude and unhelpful even though we had our receipt that showed we had just paid. We had even asked her earlier where to put the debit card! Will not be coming back

Conveniently located and well priced after 5pm. Good for a night in town.
