Autopark at Olde City

Much more affordable than hotel valet parking. It was clean. Attendants were helpful. The parking spots are a bit narrow but fine for sedans. Would use again.

Easy to access parking. It has 6 levels to park and the payment method is easy. maybe a little expensive but in philadelphia that's the prices 19$ less than two hours

I’m giving 3 stars because I’ve parked here for a while with no issues and my girlfriend has parked here for a few years with no real issues. However, times have changed a bit in the city as many know. There are currently a few homeless drug addicts living in the first level of the garage near the ticketing lobby who urinate and defecate in the same area, and PPA does nothing after multiple notifications. They have “security” that does nothing. They do not do regular patrols. There are basically no cameras in the garage itself so if theft occurs— good luck. My car was recently broken into and security didn’t know what to do and had to call their supervisor who said to go to customer service.. who had already just told me to go to security. They ended up giving me a form to fill out but let

I will never park here again. My Ritz voucher didn’t work, and then the parking attendant accused me of lying, and demanded that I walk with her down to the ritz landmark five to prove I actually got it there. I refused to do that and then she threatened to not let me leave because she didn’t like my attitude. I was trying to pay and my card wouldn’t work. She was on a power trip and wouldn’t help. I threatened to call 911 unless she took my money and opened the gate. Then she finally helped. It was truly harrowing and I would never return under any circumstances.

Basic parking garage with 6 levels and small spaces. Prices recently went up, but similar to the area.
