Do not go to this store. Go to O’Reilly’s they will take care of you the right way. 2 times in a row they have made simple things an absolute hassle!! First time i went in there. I brought windshield wipers up to the counter to buy them and they charge me $5 more than the tag on the shelf. I point out their mistake and they tell me they haven’t changed the tag on the shelf yet. And there is nothing they can do. That they are just too busy to get to putting the correct price on the shelf. I was the only customer in the store and there was 2 of them working. And that I either pay the extra money or pick something different. Then I came back a couple days later to get windshield wiper for a different car. (The changed the prices on the shelf now). They tell me which wipers to get. I bought

My future daughter in-law visited this store this week to get wiper blades for her car. She was assisted by a very wonderful woman (Nancy) that was working that night. Nancy not only assisted with a selection of what wiper blades to get but she showed how to install them. Excellent service and Nancy went above expectations.

Can't tell you how to run your business. I can tell you the review's you see from late 2025, I couldn't agree with more... Customer service recently is very poor. This woman literally walked away from helping me and went to the back? I'm standing at your counter ready to check out/pay. Door chimes 2 to 3 customers walk in. I'm still waiting no one around hearing movements in back of a few employees. The woman helping me comes out after 5 minutes and starts helping others. Finally she decided to ring me out and seemed clueless I was even in the store. I politely told her I'd go elsewhere for my parts She seemed happy I relieved her. Point being terrible service. A Lost sale is lost revenue. This was my 2nd experience like this in 2 months with the same person. Fool me once shame on you. Foo

Dulci was incredible, good service. Online my axel nut size was 30mm and turned out to be 29mm actually so she had advised that I rent a tool kit with multiple sizes and it saved me from stripping the Axel nut with the 30mm I " had" wanted to use. Great service. Thanks AutoZone

Purchased a timing belt kit with water pump and the tensioner was faulty. It seemed to be an act of congress to return it. The kid behind the counter said "well, it's been used"...yep. thats how I knew it was faulty. Der ta der.
