Had a dead battery a little over 2yrs ago and my brother-in-law recommended this place to get a new one. I paid for 3yr warranty on it, just in case. Battery died back on the 19th of Dec (cold day), so we took it back up to claim warranty on it for replacement. Worker there tested the old one and confirmed it was 0% - indeed dead; everything went smoothly getting a replacement. However, for future reference make sure to have even new batteries tested. Went home and put the new battery in and still was having issues with low power and battery save mode in car, as well as difficulty/delay in turning over. Took to mechanic and had negative terminal clamp replaced first as it was corroded from battery acid leaking. They tested the new battery to find it had a bad cell and only 10.7V output for

Very poor customer service! The black woman was very arrogant and smart mouth and unprofessional!!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND nor will I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH " AUTO ZONE " NEVER AGAIN!!! AND I WILL BE POSTING ALL THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS SO OTHERS CAN SEE HOW THIS COMPANY TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Had to replace a car battery today. Enquired if they could fit it for me, and learned that there are certain vehicles they can not do, mine being one of them, and I looked into how the battery should be fitted, and managed to uncover the battery space. Great service and a chance to learn more mechanic skills.

I don’t usually review things but the guy who helped me tonight was awesome. Not sure about his name but he was a Sales Manager and provided excellent customer service. I had bought the “wrong” bulb which was actually correct and he went through two return/exchanges and gave me some assistance with diagnosing an issue. Thank you!

Dennis at this location was a great help. He treated me with integrity and honesty. I made a return and he didn’t try to get me buy something else I didn’t need. He was able to do what I needed quickly. Excellent service.
