I went to get a new battery and wiper blades and was helped by a wonderful young man named Angel. He helped me find what I needed and installed the battery and wiper blades for me. He was professional and very courteous and I appreciate his service.

Came in this morning around 7:15 am to buy an engine for a vehicle I’m restoring but nobody was here, I don’t know who’s currently managing this store but they are not doing such a great job. Went to O’Reilly’s instead and bought it from them, Autozone just lost a $3500 sale because of that.

Left a battery to charge all night, go to pick it up after a day (they never called to let me know when it was done) and it’s not even charged. When i ask them about how its not charged, they claim “oh it’s a dead battery it never charged” So they supposedly left it to charge for 24 hours, never checked on it, and when i come to pick it up it’s not even charged? And now it’s dead? What a waste of time, pick any other autozone Forgot to add: they also tried to sell me a new battery after claiming mine wouldnt charge. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about this location and their attitude towards charging batteries. Is this not illegal? What a joke

William at the Autozone on Murray,and Cornell gave excellent service over the phone and in the store. He pulled a box of coils that were in the Duralast box, but were not labeled Duralast. His sharp eye told him this wasn't right, so he went back and got the right ones. Solid service, and I love that you're open until 9, whereas NAPA is only open until 7.

The staff hate working here and are constantly vocal about it. The store seems to be in a perpetual state of disorganization and disarray. Very busy, do not go in here expecting any services, especially not basic customer service. Good place to go as long as you keep your head down and don’t talk to anyone.
