⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience thanks to Doloris at AutoZone. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and took the time to explain my options clearly. Her customer service was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — you can really tell she cares about helping people. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and dedicated. AutoZone is lucky to have her!

I would leave negative Stars if possible simply went in and asked their employee to do what their company offers which is put windshield wiper blades on your vehicle clearly you're buying the blades from them they should do what their sign literally offers in the window the individual working was an older guy that clearly hasn't shaved in about a month has glasses I would not employ this individual was extremely rude refused to help us literally refused I would strongly urge no one to use this Auto zone they are a joke

Give Brian a raise for delivering 5 Star customer service when it comes to completing complimentary tasks. He checked my battery and my alternator. He also used solution to diminish some of the corrosion on my aging battery. Furthermore, he willingly added oil to my engine for free with no pushback. Thanks Brian! Thanks AutoZone!

Needed a replacement license plate screw. Walked in with limited idea on what to get. Brian at the front desk went out of his way to try to match several screws with my vehicle and then fastened on the screws that matched within a matter of minutes. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Brian

I called this location at 11:55 am on 10/3/25 and spoke with Brian H. (manager) and asked if they change headlights and window wipers. They do and he told me to come in. I was there at 12:10, paid, new headlight and new window wipers and out the door by 12:25 pm. Excellent service and super friendly! Thanks, Brian!
