Autumn Mist Irrigation

I had nothing but a pleasurable experience with KC Autumn Mist! The girls in the office and the guys in the field were all very polite, accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. I've been with them about 5 years and never had an issue. Kenny was a pleasure to speak with, he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, very Honest. Great company. I would highly recommend

ZERO STARS. The lady who makes the appointment was rude from the moment she picked up the phone. In addition, she wrote down the wrong telephone number and then said "oh well, mistakes happen". They never showed up for the appointment. She became nasty and REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor. I got another appointment with Kleen Kut in 10 minutes. BEWARE

Zero stars! Rude, Nasty, Horrible people in the office. The woman screams and yells and then hangs up the phone! I told her I wasn't going to pay the bill until the owner called me and she told me they'll eat the bill and i should find a new company to work with. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Let's start with last years closing I needed a repair and I was told they didn't have time to wait for sprinkler opening... This year waited 3 weeks for an appointment told my time was between 12-4 ( yes a 4 hour wait period) I called to make sure they were coming...now its 4 and nobody here. Called the office no answer...I get a call at 6:04.. I'm on my way!!! Are you kidding me..NO...I'm on my way out!!! WAY TO MUCH TIME WAITING AND NOT EVEN A CALL!!! RUDE!!!!

our family has used Autumn Mist Irrigation for a few years, we all love them and never have an issue. They always come when they say they are coming and if we ever have any issues, they are accommodating.
