Five star rating for a five star driveway! We recently had our driveway replaced with pavers and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of work is outstanding — the driveway looks absolutely fantastic and has transformed the appearance of our home. Mike and his team are professional, hardworking, and clearly experienced. They showed up on time, kept everything organized, and paid attention to every detail. The crew was respectful and made sure the area was cleaned up thoroughly once the job was finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality paving work. Thank you for such a great experience!

Let me start off by saying how pleased I was that I chose Mike Franco from Ava Gardens Masonry to do all my outdoor patio paver work . Mike comes with over 30 years of experience and it shows with the job he did. I have firsthand knowledge on what great craftsmanship looks like being a craftsman in NYC for over 35 years and because of that I can say that Mike exceed my expectations with every aspect of the job he did. It was so refreshing to have someone like Mike to talk to and ask questions. He made it so easy with his ability to envision a patio that was second to none. With an old school ethic you will be so happy with Mike and his team. I could not speak more highly of a company than Ava Gardens Masonry.

From beginning to end, we couldn’t be happier with the outdoor space Ava Gardens created for us! We knew we wanted an outdoor kitchen, but didn’t have a vision of what our space could be. Mike did an amazing job listening to us and creating a detailed computer model so we could actually SEE it. From there, it came to life. The craftsmanship is flawless and Mike is upfront and honest about everything, from timelines to pricing. He oversaw and managed the entire project with the same care I’d imagine he’d give a project at his own home. Mike is building me a beautiful patio with raised fire pit and Joe will do the landscaping. Their work is impeccable. The attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. Mike worked with me for months making sure I chose the design and stone that made my vision come to life. I will upload more pictures when completed.

If you want punctual work with good communication, Do Not hire Joe / Ava Gardens Landscaping. We hired him to replace sod & install mulch. We had to call Him each time (over 5 times) for updates & arrival times. He never once contacted us. He could have communicated via text, phone call, carrier pigeon; something, but didn’t… Very poor communicator who leaves you hanging. Glad we’re done. The unacceptable lack of concern from Joe, however, offset the good job his crew did. Won’t use again or recommend.
