Weikle's replaced my 16 year old heat pump system that had failed. They were prompt and kept good communication with me when a city permit office delay caused a rescheduled install date. Payment was easy by ACH draft which I could do while out of town. Great overall experience.

Tremendous service from start to finish. First, prior to even quoting our need for two central HVAC heat pump systems, the evaluation of our home was made which encompassed a longer-than-expected visit (this is a good thing). They also arrived ON TIME (something seemingly rare for Brunswick County). I also reached out to two other HVAC vendors and saw nothing in comparison. This is a relatively new HVAC company in the area and cannot say enough good things about the guys, their passion for getting it done (installed) right, and taking follow-up notes (measuring the SF of our home) for potentially future visits. Their pricing is also very fair. I would not hesitate to refer these guys to anyone looking for real pros as they are extremely knowledgeable, respectful, timely, and passion

At my wife's suggestion we asked Weikle for a second opinion as to what needed to be done to repair our heat pump. Their representative seemed more thorough and knowledgeable than the dealer who had originally sold us the heat pump. Also their quote to repair or to replace the unit was less expensive on both counts. we went with the repairs which were finished in short order.
