My experience with Avalon Flooring has been outstanding from the quote phase, to the financing phase, to the installation phase. Sallie and Steve have been incredible consultants on our carpeting and blinds project. I would not hesitate to recommend them or sign up with them for my next project.

I worked with Natalie Spiker who was helpful and knowledgeable about what would work well on my stair wells. I wanted a light colored carpet that would wear well and I wanted a dark binding to define it. We decided to use “waterfall” styling which gives the stairwell a sense of flowing, which, because it’s in a beach house, is great. And their installers were terrific.

Great Experience! Avalon Flooring has a large selection of tile, excellent customer service and design suggestions (if needed). I can’t give higher praise then my recent experience with Artemis at the Avalon, NJ location. Artemis was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my selection of bathroom floor and wall tiles. She also provided helpful insight and suggestions in selecting the proper contrasting grout for both the floor and wall tiles. Artemis also provided delivery status updates of my order (some of the items selected were not in stock and had to be ordered from the supplier). All of the service provided was excellent and much appreciated. Thanks!

We are redoing my disabled family member wheelchair accessible bathroom and Sallie made the whole process easy to select tiles and finishes.

We've worked with Avalon for 2 projects. It's the quality and care of the staff that makes the difference. We had a challenging bathroom re-do. Stephanie Montoya was patient and offered excellent guidance making us confident in our decisions. This morning Emily and John H. helped us work through an issue regarding a reorder that they smoothed out for us. My wife and I couldn't give the people in the KoP store a higher recommendation. They're just terrific.
