When we bought our beach house, we planned to replace both HVAC systems (a nice size job). Our realtor suggested Edward Zane and gave me a contact number. I didn’t know where I was calling, and it turned out to be his mobile number. He was absolutely irate about receiving the call, which didn’t go well, and he said I would need to call the office. I called the office and never got a return call. We used a competitor and had an excellent experience (quality, customer experience, and pricing). And we have continued annual service with the same competitor.

Michael gave a fair and competitive price. Laura the office manager was very knowledgeable and always responded to questions in a timely manner. They were also able to start and complete the AC and furnace replacement earlier than promised. Chris, the technician,went above and beyond to reduce excessive noise in our system. Zane heating did a great job. I have them on my call list through my real estate agent. Thanks for all the good work. Five stars*****

We had a great experience working with Laura and Mike. Mike came to diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it the same day. They were very nice and professional and I would highly recommend them.

I paid for a maintenance contract and they came out for service checkup. I called 4 times over the next 6 weeks because we had problems and no one would come out and check out our system. I finally called another local contractor and they fixed the problem in a week for a very reasonable charge.

I called Zanes at 7:50 this morning bc my 14 year old air conditioner died last night. They had a serviceman at my door by 8:05 am, and he let me know that my fan was dead. He gave me repair or replace options, but knowing our unit's age and past history, we were ready to replace. They were back with an estimate within the hour, which was a reasonable price, so we gave the go ahead shortly after that. They squeezed us into their schedule TODAY and I will be sleeping comfortably tonight. I cannot believe how responsive, friendly, and professional all of their people were! I am 100% satisfied and am so pleased with the incredible and prompt service provided by Zanes!!! They are GREAT!!
