Stopped in to pick up a carpet runner that my wife special ordered. I didn’t read the email saying the warehouse closes at 5. Arrived at 5:09. Was informed the warehouse was closed. But Vincent, at the front counter, decided to try and help me anyway. I walked out with the carpet runner. Thanks Vincent!

From design to installation she has been there to make sure my purchase at Avalon goes smoothly. Avalon has a wide variety of options when it comes to flooring and tile. I plan on working together with them for a very long time.

Impressive selection of flooring and every type of tile imaginable. Absolutely loved all of the displays and the detailed information labeling every product. The showroom is very clean & organized and every staff member I interacted with was both friendly & helpful. Great experience, couldn't recommend Avalon any higher! Just wanted to give a shout out to Luna! I went in to Avalon not really sure on what I wanted and she helped me design my whole bathroom renovation and I was in budget! The whole process took less than 30 minutes! Much appreciated! Thanks Luna!

I needed to pick out flooring and I met Luna with a sample of my kitchen counter. There are so many nice options and Luna was very helpful, patient and great to work with. She showed me the options I liked and gave me honest opinions. I had to coordinate a few times between my contractor with measurements and additional assistance with grout and tile protector. I love the way the final project turned out and I look forward to working with Luna and Avalon tile again for my next home upgrade. I highly recommend this store and sales associate.
