FT Stump Grinding and Tree Service

If you’re looking into getting some trees removed look no further! If I could give FT tree service 10 stars I would! After weeks of receiving outrageous quotes from multiple companies I decided to contact FT tree service. Frank came out the next day and gave me a price I could not pass up! Frank and his crew made easy work of this massive tree having it down and cleaned up so good that you can’t even tell there was a tree there! I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects!

I had a tree fall directly onto 3 of my neighbors trees, due the heavy snow on Monday 2/23. Basically her trees were keeping it from hitting her home. I quickly emailed 4 companies, using google and waited for responses, while I was out shoveling snow. In less than an hour, FT reached out and within 2 hours, he was at my house. We spoke, he provided an est. and said he could take care of it on Tuesday. I wanted to hear from the other 3, which he agreed that I should, but they never called. By 8am on Tuesday, I told FT that I would go with him. This was due to the fact that he was quick to respond, very personable and already had a 5-rating. I can see why! Also, I found that Frank and his guys had great customer service skills, often consulting me along the way re: the satisfaction of the job based on my request. I have already set things in motion for future work. These guys are good!

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial call for an estimate to the completion of the project, the experience has been nothing short of complete professionalism— Which I don’t have to tell anyone, is rare nowadays. Frank, the owner, came out for the estimate on time and was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I asked a million questions and he answered each one with patience and detailed explanations, understanding I don’t know the industry like he does. He never made me feel like I was asking too much or that any question was a stupid question. When it came time for the project to start, the crew came out morning of, got assembled and got straight to work. I was not home when the work wrapped up, so Frank sent me some after pictures that honestly did
