It takes a lot for me to write a review...it must be either an amazing or terrible experience/service. After looking at the good reviews for this company, I decided to try Avalon Total Cleaning. Unfortunately our experience was not a positive one. They came for the first cleaning (they did not come at scheduled time) and they missed several areas which were all dusty. They broke my bathroom door handles, but I left it alone and did not say anything or complain about it. I decided to give them an extra shot after showing the areas that were missed. 2nd visit, late again... they did everything rather quickly and when I checked after they left I was so disappointed.
