UPDATE as of Nov 7, 2023: I will have to say this is probably the most expensive 120 sq ft bathroom ever. However, the old saying about a door shutting and another opening happened. The city inspector came upon my request. He pointed out all the shortcuts the previously mentioned contractor had made and I had 2 licensed contractors that helped me out as to what had to be done to fix all the errors and code violations from the 1st. Then I met one of finest, most honest and most talented gentleman I have met. I will gladly provide his name if you ask but I won't risk the 1st contractor's name to being tied to his in any way. He doesn't deserve that. The bathroom is almost done and folks, it looks fantastic. Took him some extra time due to having to make even a bunch of crooked boards, items

This guy is a crook, took my money and never did the work, pure scam artist, if you see or hear about him RUN and DONT LOOK Back. He cash my check the same day and never came to do the work. He uses different last names, such as Green and Avant. \
