Not recommended. Quick service but diagnosis for one of our washers was not correct. Was told there was an issue with the transmission and it ended up being a short in the motor connector.

Went to purchase a range and it came with a warranty for 1 month , after 1 week it stoped working called for warranty repair was told that the technician was coming but it never happened.. called multiple times and nothing .. called a last time to pretend I was a new client looking for repair and I was told the technician will be here and never showed up .. after the way they treaded me I would not recommend buying or getting repairs from this company , they where rude during the whole process but I wanted to save money on a stove/range, I learned my lesson will be going to a big box store for my appliances, you have been warned stay away and you will save headaches, time and money,

I purchased a used fridge here when I moved into my 1st place. Very friendly and welcoming service. They offered lifetime free repair service with my purchase and stood by it when A few months in I needed service because the freezer was not blowing as cold. They fixed it immediately, free of cost. Great service!

Never going back to Manuel Avila bad attitude un profesional . The 1st day of using the washer I bought in this place was making a terrible noise I call Mr. Avila and he said don’t worry we will change it i kept calling calling even showed up at the shop and he never came or send the guy to fix it or change it like he promised , its been months and now the washer die on me I called again and told him that I was not happy and I told him you never came to fix it and I didn’t give you a bad review of not fixing my washer he said to me on the phone if you plan on giving me a bad review I’m not going to fix it and he hang up the phone so I called again and he didn’t respond what kind of business man do that to a client ? so unprofessional and now I do give him 1 star just because I can’t give h
