I called to ask a question about some 2"x4"x6' cedar boards listed on the website. The price was $0.00 so I assumed that was incorrect. I was told that there is no pricing on the website (which means you have to call in for prices?). So I asked about the listed item I was looking at and was told that "We only carry 8 and 10 foot boards. So, 8 foot?". In summary, both the prices and items listed are incorrect and they know it. Instead of fixing their incorrect listing you can expect that they will talk down to you for not already knowing how they work. Made me truly feel that they were not interested in making a sale to me.

What a miserable experience at the Stoughton location as retail customer. Abusive treatment. EnglIish barely spoken there and the concept of cut a board in half not grasped You wIll get blamed for their continual mistakes because you are disrupting their production schedule. Come back tomorrow. One more word and you get a refund and leave.

Unfortunately, there is an issue with the gate pieces that we purchased and no matter how many messages I leave, no one will return my call. I have tried calling during business hours as well and I can't get anyone on the phone. I am tempted to go through the entire menu and leave a message at every extension. It is important for me to support local business but this is frustrating.

Love this fence company. Everything came on time and in total. Reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area. Quick response for emails, quotes, and on hand stock. Great customer service, friendly staff, and loaders were helpful in pick up of material. Planning another job and I know where I will go. AVO.
