Josh was very responsive to our request to re-side our home with a board and batten style to replace our existing siding. He worked closely with us to get the trim color right, and when a new outdoor light needed installing, he contacted Ron at RC Electric to have it fixed. After the job was completed, Josh came out to finalize the paperwork and went on the roof to check on a gutter downspout for us. While on the roof he conducted a roof inspection and took pictures in the event we had questions. We were very happy with the finished product: it looks great, the color is great, the installation wasn't drawn out for weeks and Award Construction (Josh) was very responsive by text or by phone with questions we had. I recommend Award Construction to anyone that wants their home with new siding.

Highly recommend Award Construction! They were very responsive to our request for a look at our roof for hail damage. They were very professional and friendly starting with Kevin P who first looked at it all the way to followup by Chris A and his son Bobby. I have been trying for three years to get the leak in my roof repaired. I have encountered several roofers, window repair people, general contractors etc. They tell me they'll come and look. They don't show up. They say they'll call me back...they don't call. Some I've even paid...but the roof still leaked. One Sunday afternoon Award Construction knocked on my door asking for my business. I was rude and abrasive and insulting. "I've heard that before" I said. Bottom line: they came and looked. Said they'd call me back...and they did! The said they'd get me a quote. They did! Said they'd show up and do the work by a certain date. They did! Said they'd give me a warranty. They did! I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done. In this day and age

Josh and his crew put a new roof on my house, resided one end and wrapped my windows. They were professional, caring and communicated with us the whole way. I have more work that needs done and they will be doing it also. I won't be looking for anyone else, Award Construction will be my go to guys.
