I work for a brand around the corner and one of our chairs suddenly came apart, yikes! We needed a nut and a washer to fasten it back together. The employee looked through all their bins to find the right fit. I just needed one of each, so he gave them to me free of charge! Great guy and a true neighborhood gem. I highly recommend!

Extremely overpriced and unprofessional. It took just a second to open the interior locked bathroom, but the person stared silently when I asked how to avoid it in the future. They charged $350 for a job that should’ve been around $150 or less and refused to answer questions or unlock anything until paid. Only accepted Zelle, which made it unclear if the payment was going to the company or personally. Felt like they were trying to trap us into paying more.
