Great company to work with. I had a sizable project and they responded same day, and got the project done quickly in the days that followed. Good attention to detail and even helped with a few small unrelated things while they were here. Good communication, quality, and timing are hard to find!

We had a potential water and mold issue with a rental house we own. The tenant had complained of a moldy smell and dampness in the bathroom wall. AWR restoration, Lamar specifically, came promptly to do the inspection. Lamar was beyond professional and efficient. Our tenant is particularly difficult and he handled himself with distinction. it turned out the the dampness was caused, not by a leak, but by overzealous, cleaning by the tenant. Lamar, was very tactful in the way he explained how her overcleaning had caused the issue. The repair of the wall still needs to be done.
