AWS Garage Doors

This is what new installation looks like with this company. I’ve reached out numerous times and nobody has contacted me back. The so called new garage doors came dinged up. They were installed crooked and bolts are coming off as well as support brackets. Stay away unless you want to waste your money!

Had them come out and install a door. Things went well until the cable came off the drum, after several months. Then getting a service man out here to repair or even returning a call is apparently impossible. Voice message is full. I can;t leave a message. No reply to text. It appears they may have decied to exit the business?

This company installed the garage doors. Called them consistently over a week to do some repair work. Talked to two individuals, one said he was the owner and the other supposedly his son. They made repeated promises to call back and schedule…they never did. Wouldn’t recommend…not reliable.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. Made arrangements at home show at WIC they never called to set appointment, when I tried to contact Mail box full and phone off. I finally made contact and appointment but they never showed or contacted me to reschedule so I waisted a day waiting.

Have called and text numerous times for warranty work and have received no return calls. Had to buy the parts and fix myself. Would NEVER use this company again.
