Axis Appliance Repair

DO NOT USE! The worst experience ever! Unresponsive, is the best adjective I can use. They have couple of nice ladies who answer the phones and the rest of the company hides behind them. There are no real answers you can get from them. I have been waiting on a repair for my dishwasher since Dec 15th, it's March 9th. They have the part to fix it but won't move forward because they also ordered a rack and that hasn't arrived. I have offered to pay for them to come out twice but to no avail. You get stock answers from the operators and that's the end of it.

Really bad work trying to repair my clothes dryer. Customer service non existent. 1st time out said it was a broken belt and said it was fixed. First use full failure. Second time out said broken pulley. Need to order parts and come back. Third time out replaced pulley and started dryer and now a VERY loud grinding noise. Repair guy said it is just noise and the dryer was fixed. I protested and he said his boss would call me with a solution. No calls from them. No response to my calls. I later found a large item that used to be in the dryer on the floor behind the dryer. It looks like a large piece of dense insulation. The repair guy literally didn’t put things back into the dryer and slapped it back together. So shoddy. I fear this may be a safety issue now and will just

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give minus 50 stars I would. Their first visit to my home for dishwasher repair was Nov. 15, 2025. The technicians were nice. However, they spoke VERY LITTLE English and were difficult to understand. They needed to order a part. I went thru Thanksgiving with no dishwasher. The same nice, non-English speaking technician came back December 5. The part didn’t work! It is now December 11, 2025 and I have no working dishwasher! Axis Appliance was assigned to me by my home warranty company. On December 5, the technician advised that he would report to my warranty company that he couldn’t fix the dishwasher. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED YET! Axis marked my ticket as “complete”!!! My warranty company has made numerous phone calls to Axis and they don’t answer their

I called my Home Repair Company on Friday for my dishwasher and they referred the job to Axis. I did search reviews and was nervous, but when I was called for an appt I asked for Alex, as there was a recent review that was great about him. They dispatched him out the following day, the parts were ordered and arrived on Tuesday, with Alex returning on Wednesday. He was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him if he services your area with Axis. Reviews help...both good and bad. A prior good review about Alex proved to be true.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Andrew did a great job for me. He went above and beyond and was exactly on time. He came to diagnose my dishwasher. Figured it out in 10 minutes. Ordered the part to fix. Came back later in the week. Fixed it in about 10 minutes. Top notch service
