The company was responsive and reliable. They came quickly after the first storm to put up a tarp, and returned after the second storm without delay. Once the insurance was approved, they ordered the materials and completed the roof within a few days. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Axis was recommended by a friend after another roofing company came out and gave us a couple of estimates that were crazy high. The other company also said that their sales pitch was a "no pressure" estimate but gave me 2 other quotes that would only be good if I agreed before they left. Dan Faherty (Axis Roofing) gave us a legitimate estimate without any pressure, so we accepted. Once Cesar Lopez and the crew showed up, they went to town and after 4 days we had a brand-new roof, that actually looked better than before they started. I would highly recommend Axis Roofing and if you do call them, ask for Dan and Cesar, both were great to work with!

My wife and I hired Axis roofing to replace the old weathered underlayment on our tile roof. I’d like to thank Cesar and his crew for the fine work they did. They showed up on time and worked hard until the job was completed. Our roof has steep pitches and multiple elevations. The crew had to harness up for large sections of the roof. They stayed on the job until it was completed, no job hopping, and also addressed our concerns. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. We worked with Cesar and crew, Brandon, Stacy, and Justin. Price was competitive. We’d gotten three quotes and then chose Axis. Thanks for the quality job Axis!

I recently had Axis Roofing come out to inspect my roof, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. From the moment I contacted them, their communication was prompt and courteous. The inspector Dan arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. He performed a thorough inspection—checking the shingles, flashing, and overall roof structure. I appreciated how honest and transparent he was about the roof’s condition and what (if anything) needed attention. Overall, Axis Roofing made the inspection process simple and stress-free. I don't usually submit a review unless I've had exceptional service. It started with a roof leak above our kitchen window and under our eave. With the big rain, water was running inside our kitchen wall. I had several different roofing companies come out to give me an estimate. The company that impressed me the most was Axis Roofing. Our inspector was Sébastian, I felt that he went above and beyond in his customer service. He removed a birds nest that was under my tile, was honest and educated me on the condition of our roof and sent me multiple pictures. Fortunately because he removed the nest we no longer had a leak in our wall when it rained. Sébastian works along side Dan, both were good in responding through email and text communications.
