Zach was awesome! We texted back and forth several times and made arrangements to have him stop by at a time that was mutually comfortable for us both. He was very courteous and professional, very knowledgeable about his job and was not pushy or trying to upsell the products or services. Everything is still working perfectly as described at the time of installation. Having an older "Michigan basement" can be unpredictable and everything he explained to me made sense 😁. These are the guys to call if you want great service and top notch information! 👍💯

Alexis came out to check on our Encapsulation and de-humidifier. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. The first yearly inspection was free of charge. I was happy to find out that part of the service included an inspection of our foundation. Overall the air-quality of our place has improved immensely.

Justine gave very thorough explanations for his recommendations and frequently asked if I had questions. Very professional and patient. We have not yet decided if we will have the work done.

Chris was very knowledgeable about diagnosing the issue, explaining solutions. He listened attentively including taking a recommendation from me about a part of the solution. I'm addition he has been prompt in follow up

We had a sump pump issue and Austin was out the very next day! Already prepared with the parts needed to replace it. He was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain the benefits of their three-pump system and the preventative maintenance/insurance programs available to keep everything working perfectly long-term.
