AZ Best Block

I needed 2 specific blocks in order to finish a project. I couldn’t find anyone that sells individual block of the particular one needed. Having previously done business with AZ Best Block, I stopped in. The office staff is awesome. They brought the exact thing I needed out to my truck. Thank you AZ Best Block!

If i could give them a 0 stars I would! Just left there and the inside customer service people are the rudest people my husband and I have ever met!! Wouldn't even let us look at blocks to pick product out. Don't bother coming here and don't let your contractors do business with them.

Non existent customer service from the people at the counter. Couldn't give me an exact price for anything, then screwed up an invoice estimate. Young girl more interested in her phone than any sales... The guys on the forklifts were helpful in showing me materials and explaining things but inside that trailer was a different story... Ordered from pioneer materials next door and was given excellent service and attention.

Customer Service is non existent. Do they even read these reviews. Front desk girl must be a relative otherwise she'd have been fired long ago, im sure. She hid behind the computer and stared at her phone. She would get very annoyed if you asked a question like, "how much do pavers cost". Really crazy that companies hire people like this. I'll happily pay more elsewhere.

Customer Service is superb. lots of selection on concrete blocks and pavers. My backyard turned out very nice after paving them, definitely increase property value. Thank you for your help.
