I understand that it’s not always possible to get immediate service, especially if a technician is in the middle of a job, but I wasn’t left on hold while I waited to get scheduled for a service call at some future date. Erez was hands down the best person I have found on Yelp of elsewhere. He was able to meet me at the restaurant where my car as stranded and make new keys for my finicky 2016 Prius and then came to my house to make spares for my also finicky 2003 Landcruiser.
