Hugo and his crew were unprofessional, careless, and the work failed almost immediately. They damaged my property (put a hole in my couch), left my exterior door open for two days in the winter with the heat running, and left trash all over my yard. The workmanship was unacceptable. The tile wasn’t level and the grout started coming up within 24 hours. The flooring began lifting within two weeks. They also caused damage to my walls, and the steps had to be redone because they weren’t built to code. During the bathroom work, one of the workers broke my toilet flange by ripping up the toilet like they didn’t know there are bolts that need to be removed/replaced. That created additional repairs I shouldn’t have had to deal with. When I asked for his contractor/license information, he refus
