AZ Irrigation & Maintenance

Ken came out and spent several hours repairing and fine – tuning by irrigation system, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and took the time to get everything working properly. He also helped set me up on the app and made sure I understood how everything works, which I really appreciate it. Ken was polite, friendly, and worked hard the entire time – you could tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. I am very grateful for his help and would highly recommend AZ irrigation and maintenance, especially Ken.

Had a broken pipe for my irrigation system. when they came out to fix it,took 45 minutes so just within the service call time, technician told me it would be $20 for each of the three parts, I then received a bill for 400+ dollars And when I brought up the difference in price between what I was told what I was billed; They said I’m sorry, but that’s just the correct price. Had this done in January and just turned the water on in April and the part that was replaced is broken and leaking. When I called to ask about getting it fixed, they told me that it’s outside the Three Day! warranty and then it was working when it was installed so they’d have to charge me another full service fee plus parts to fix it

Ken Mitchell has been to our home to replace a broken filter on my irrigation system. Unbeknownst to us our water pressure for our irrigation system was 100psi. This is too high for an irrigation system where my husband was constantly replacing drippers. AIM is very fortunate to have Ken Mitchell working for them, and representing them in the community.

We needed our drip system upgraded, and contacted AIM to give us a quote for the work. Brad came to our house and clearly explained his recommendations for the upgrade, and the price he quoted for the materials and labor was very reasonable. His crew was very professional and they completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of their work was outstanding.

Ken came out and helped us with a project that I thought would be complicated and he solved the issues quickly. He is an excellent troubleshooter and had all the tools and parts needed in his truck. Very friendly and he explained everything as he was doing it. Highly recommended!
