AZ Misting Pros just completed installing our Luxaire Misting fan for our extended patio area. From start to finish, they did an amazing job. They are very detailed with hiding the water lines that went to the fan and around to the pump. Paul was very thorough in explaining the functionality of the fan and the options it had. The best is that it cools the area and does not leak or leave a slippery floor area! To boot it looks good too!

AZ Misting Pros is the best! Best in class everything. Especially their customer service and after care. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. We purchased a system a year ago. One year later, the night before my wife was throwing her sister a baby shower, we had an issue with the pump. I was trying to turn it on and it would not work. I called the customer service line hoping to leave a voicemail and to get a call back in the morning since it was 10:30pm on a Saturday night. Not only did I get a call back but ten minutes later. Paul was awesome. Helped me diagnose it over the phone. I couldn’t get it to start. He said not to worry and would be at my house in the morning with a new pump before the party started. He honestly saved the day. It would have been way too hot to be sitting outside.
