AZ Parking

Parked here for the weekend, only took a few minutes at drop off and pickup which was great! Car had no damages and service was superb. It is a nice garage that keeps your car inside / unobtainable by the public. Good location too, would park here again. Price is also reasonable / cheaper than other garages.

Dropping off and picking up my car was fast and easy. And no damage/anything to my car after picking it up. After seeing all the other places have 1-2 stars, this place definitely deserves its better rating.

Parking was fine, the car was fine. Price was quite high but that's as expected in this city. The main issue I had, however, was with the tall Asian man (or should I say boy, because he lacked all the manners a man should have) at the front desk. Absolutely rude and had an attitude, and got offended when I asked to take a picture of the estimated cost. If anything, he should be glad that the customer is taking initiative to prevent any future misunderstandings regarding payment. He needs to be reminded that in a customer service job, the customers are the ones funding your paycheck. He can keep up that attitude and watch his business go down, or he can fix it and learn to act like a decent human being. The other valets were kind. But if you see this one, prepare for the worst.

My second time there in few years. Left the car there for few days while visiting Manhattan. Great valet service; fast, polite, responsive. Booked via spot hero. Small entrance, be careful not to miss it.
