I had to call them today on a Sunday for my bathtub facet and handle in which I could not get the water off, it kept flowing. There was an issue with the cartridge. Luis A. Had it fixed quickly and was so nice and helpful! I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues! I have always had a good experience!
