Unethical business model. Young Andrew arrived on a hot summer afternoon in a very clean button down long sleeve shirt, clinging to an electronic tablet. Hmmm... this is a plumber?? His helper (presumably the fellow who actually does the work) arrived separately in another very nice white truck. From the things he said and asked about, it became increasingly clear that he was not actually a plumber, but an estimator of sorts, even though when I asked him point blank "are you a plumber?" he said "yes." Ever so slowly he looked around, interacted with his tablet, and finally produced an over-inflated estimate for a very straightforward job (replacing leaking pipes that are accessible). Aztec Plumbing was the best! Came out same day I called about my gas water heater, came back the next morning and replaced it! Awesome customer service! Andrew and his helper were very good, courteous, and reliable. Highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs!
