Working with Ulises at Aztec Roofing was an awesome experience. When I first met him, I knew he was very knowledgeable about roofs. When I first got denied for a storm damage claim with my insurance, I contacted Aztec roofing. They came out and said they would work with my insurance on a 2nd claim. Aztec even did the 2nd inspections with my insurance company and I was provided with a brand new roof, as well as some siding and gutter replacement. He and the rest of the staff were very professional and performed the task in a timely manner. And they also cleaned up all their work. I thought it was a nice touch for them to put out very colorful advertising while they were working on my home. They also treat their workers nice by providing them with a port-a-john and breakfast. Aztec Roofing was phenomenal! We had hail damage in March of 2025 and our insurance did not want to treat the damage as a replacement. Ulises and Aztec advocated for us for over eight months and finally got our roof covered. Eight months! Ulises had our back the entire time. The roof looks fantastic. Ulises was a great communicator, broke down how everything works, and was just a humble, stand up person. I would recommend working with Aztec to anyone that needs roofing work. They make the whole process as painless as possible.
