Jamie is a freaking gem! I was looking for a set of chocolate chip furniture that has been sold out/discontinued for some time. Sent an email to B5 not really even expecting a reply. I received a phone call from Jamie a few days later saying she searched everywhere and found enough to make one set. She shipped it out to me that day with free shipping. It was some of the best customer service I've ever received. THANK YOU JAMIE!!

I had a very disappointing experience with B5 Systems. I placed an order for a new AR grip on January 1st, and it took them until January 8th to even process my order—only after I emailed them for an update. Instead of providing an explanation or apology, they simply sent a shipping notification showing that a label was created that day. Now, I’ve received a notification stating I won’t receive the item until January 13th. Their processing is extremely slow, their shipping is even slower, and their customer service is nonexistent. I expected much better from a company in this industry. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.

They (idk gender) probably won’t see this, but I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jamie. I was looking for a SOPMOD stock in foliage green and couldn’t find one, so I emailed them to see if they still carried them. Jamie told me that color had been discontinued several years ago but that they could check old inventory. They found one and sent it out same day…for free. They told me they’d rather see it used than sitting in a box. I didn’t expect that from a company like that.

Have switched the majority of my Magpul furniture to b5. Great tolerances provide a consistently snug fit without modification, grip texture is on point also. Customer service is prompt on the phone and very friendly/ excited to talk about projects in the works and hear feedback and customer experience. B5 still cares about individual customers which is cool. Pretty easy to like these guys and am excited to see more from them.
