B & B Appliance

I’ve always shopped at big box stores for the convenience and lower prices, but after a nightmare experience with Lowe’s, I decided to give B&B a try for my most recent appliance purchase—and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly responsive and quickly helped me find a great alternative when the item I wanted was stuck on backorder. The installers were courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be turning to B&B for all my future appliance needs.

All my home appliances have been purchased at B&B. They are so helpful as I picked out items, advising me of pros and cons of differnt models and makes, and they're just the nicest folk - what is missing at any one of the big box stores. They are a valuable provider in Cheyenne - we're so fortunate they're here.

I purchased a new dishwasher from them about a year and a half ago, and water was no longer draining. When their repair person came out, I was told the drain pump was out and he gave me a quote. I had to wait about a week for that part to come in, when he came to repair it, he had the wrong part. He said the correct one would be sent overnight and he came again the next day and installed the correct part. When I received the bill, it was significantly higher than the quote. When I called asking why, no correction was made, I was treated very rudely and was just told quote was wrong.

Working with the B&B team has been a great experience. We had a situation come up during our new build with a misunderstanding around an ordered appliance. They were flexible and amazing to work with to get the issue resolved at no cost to us. Really appreciate them, and will continue to look at appliances from them first!

They made me wait a week and a half for an appointment, which in itself was no problem. I took a day off from work to wait for them to come. They never arrived. I was up about 7 am waiting for them. I called about 11 am to ask when they were coming and recieved no return call. Also no call to tell me they were on their way or when they would get there. They finally called at about 1:00 pm and said they knocked at 8 am and no one answered which is impossible because I've been here all day since 7 am waiting for them. I was here all day in the living room or kitchen and no one ever knocked or rang the rather loud doorbell. I would not recommend them for reliabilty or honesty. Call Swedes instead.
