These guys are great! They did all the work in the crawl space when we bought our home including installing a dehumidifier. Since then they have provided annual spraying for bugs and checking the crawl space and dehumidifier. They are reliable, friendly, do good work and their prices are reasonable.

We have known the owner for years. Very easy to work with. They have treated our own home several times as well as inspected 2 homes we purchased for a rental and always done great work.

Tim came and did a inspection for a house we were in contract to buy. Very professional and found an issue that most would not have found. After we closed, we had his firm remediate the issue.
